Job Context

    We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and analytic Banking Professionals for the post of Manager (Accounting, Finance & Banking). The incumbent must have initiative, banking experience, and the drive to deliver high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Planning of organization's Banking/Finance/Accounts/Audit strategies.
  • Preparation and implementation of detailed work plan and methodology of Banking/Finance/Accounts/Audit.
  • All types of vouchers were cross-checked & justify.
  • Preparation of Financial Statements for the group according to ITO-1984.
  • Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records concerning income tax-related issues, TDS, VDS, VAT, AIT & other hearing-related documents for the group.
  • Prepare & filling out Withholding Tax returns u/s-75A for the group.
  • Monitoring the company's Tax and VAT issues.
  • Fund inflow and outflow monitoring & forecasting.
  • To ensure fund management of the group is considering the export value or regular interval.
  • To ensure foreign currency rate negotiation with the scheduled banks.
  • To perform all formalities/ duties in aspects of project financing.
  • To perform all types of L/C opening activities and payment follow-up.
  • Monitoring/ reconciliation of all types of Bank interest rates to be deducted at various grounds.
  • To coordinate with the commercial department & merchandising department in connection with on-time document submission to ensure fund management.
  • To lead a team and monitor them to get the best performance in an efficient way.
  • Responsible for Sanction, Renewal, Enhancement, and maintenance of Bank and Non-Bank Financial exposure.
  • Responsible for closely monitoring the preparation of Accounts, Financing, and commercials with Banks.
  • Coordinate and monitor the day-to-day accounting and financing works of each unit.
  • Handle daily operational matters in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly accounted for.
  • Make sure the source of funds for payment of Salary and others.
  • Issue Fund Transfer Letter to the banks for transferring funds to the other accounts.
  • Provide various statements/reports as per the requirement of the management.
  • Ensure bank reconciliation of each unit.
  • Preparation of Projected Financial for Sanction of Credit Facility from a new Bank.
  • Any other job assigned by the management.

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking/Accounting Information Systems/Any other relevant discipline with CA.CC.

Experience Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years (s)

  • Age at least 30 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Banking, Finance, and Internal Audit
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Garments
  • Candidates must have knowledge of arranging/rescheduling loans from private and government banks.
  • Must have well Banking Knowledge.
  • Have sound knowledge of LC / back-to-Back LC.
  • Should Have Cash incentive Knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill in English Language is mandatory.
  • Basic computer operating knowledge is also mandatory.
  • Should have innovative & good decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical, technical & leadership abilities and work as a strategic thinker.
