Job Responsibilities

  • Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel
  • The incumbent shall be responsible for overall sales of a designated area.
  • Contact and manage a sales team.
  • Sales data analysis
  • Practical experience on supports the sales team
  • Must have the practical knowledge of dealer handling.
  • Planning on yearly sales budget.
  • To achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Customer data analysis
  • Review and update the analytical data
  • Ensure the recovery of the dues.
  • Oversee overall financial management, Billing, planning, systems and controls.
  • Ensure to promote of the brand (Business).
  • Quotations making
  • Presenting progress reports & daily report analysis.
  • Visits retailers and monitors performance & motivates them to reach targets.
  • Implements strategies and techniques to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
  • Implements projects and trials for the area to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Keeps himself updated regarding competitor activities and local market conditions.
  • Analyze market trends to understand competitors and forecast sales.
  • Willing to travel and visit anywhere in Bangladesh.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Finance.
  • MBA in Accounting & Finance will get advantages.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 6 years (s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Credit Management, Dealer Development, Dealer Management, Dealer Sales, Negotiation Skills, Strong analytical ability

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Should be smart & well communication/coordination
  • Good in internet browsing & capable to use social media.
  • Able to hard work & keep a challenging mentality.
  • Good team player, well-organized, initiative, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with all departments.
  • Must have a license for riding a motorcycle.
